WHAT WE FOUND OUT

Speaking to The Quint, sources close to Alia confirmed that the invitation is fake and no such announcement has been made by either of the two celebrities involved.

The invitation has multiple spelling and grammatical errors. To begin with, the spelling of Alia Bhatt’s first name is wrong. Also, Alia is the daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and not Mukesh Bhatt as the invitation card mentions.

We also found that the date of the wedding is mentioned as ‘22th January’ instead of 22nd January.
