This led us to a local news channel IBC24's report on the incident, which said that it took place in Madhya Pradesh's Bhind.
According to the news report, the doctor was beaten by the family members of a woman, who had lost her life at the district hospital while waiting for an ambulance to take her to Gwalior, where she had been referred.
The report adds that the guard who had been posted at the hospital was an inactive witness to the attack and did not do anything to prevent the patient’s kin from attacking the doctor.
