- The Supreme Court on Monday asked Sahara to furnish a list of properties that were free from litigation and mortgage so that they can be put up for public auction.
- The Court ordered the attachment of Aamby Valley’s properties near Lonavala. The next hearing is scheduled for 20 February.
- A payment of a little over Rs 600 crore was made on Monday. A total of Rs 11,000 crore has been made by the Sahara Group so far.
- Sahara Group admitted before the Court that it had to pay a remainder amount of Rs 14,799 crore as principal money to Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The Group has asked till July 2019 to deposit this amount.
