‘Maun’mohan Singh Breaks Silence on Note Ban: Twitter is Abuzz

Former Prime Minister and economist Manmohan Singh took centre stage during the demonetisation debate.

Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh spoke at the Rajya Sabha on the demonetisation issue in Thursday’s debate. Twitter users have flooded the microblogging website ever since ‘Maun’mohan voiced his opinion.

Many appreciated the comments made by the economist on the demonetisation move, but others picked on his 10-year long silence during the UPA regime.
