1. Minor Boys Forced to Sexually Assault Each Other in Delhi
Ten persons subjected two minors to third degree, forced them to sexually assault each other, and filmed the crime in west Delhi, following which two accused have been arrested, police said on Sunday.
An FIR was lodged against 10 persons under the Indian Penal Code for unnatural sex and other offences as well as the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and two of them were arrested late Saturday night, Delhi Police Special Commissioner and Chief PRO Dependra Pathak said.
The crime took place on 26 October in Rohini but came to light on Saturday when the boys’ families approached police after a video footage recorded by the accused went viral on social media.
Police said the boys, aged between 13 and 15, are friends and live with their families in Metro Vihar area in Holambi Kalan.

2. Woman Sets Mother Ablaze in TN
A 45-year-old woman was hospitalised with serious burn injuries after her daughter allegedly set her ablaze, apparently angry over her mother's resistance to her love affair.
Police have arrested S Karpagajothi, 21, of Vettaiperumal Kovil Street, Rajapalayam town, in Virudhunagar district. Her mother, S Packialakshmi, is being treated at the Sivakasi government hospital.
Karpagajothi was allegedly having a romantic relationship with her colleague working in a spinning mill, and Packialakshmi was not happy with the affair.

3. German Attacked in Uttar Pradesh for 'Ignoring' Man's Greetings
A German tourist was assaulted at Robertsganj railway station in Uttar Pradesh’s Sonbhadra on Saturday, allegedly because he inadvertently ignored a man’s greetings, police said.
Holger Erik, a Berlin native, was referred to Mirzapur hospital for treatment.
After getting off a train, the German was looking for directions at the station to go to Agori fort for his research when Aman Kumar greeted him. The tourist didn’t respond and Kumar was offended.
Kumar then pushed him to the ground and slapped him a number of times, police said.
A passerby alerted cops about the assault and Kumar, an electrician with a private company, was arrested. A case was registered against him.

4. Nephew Killed BSF Jawan's Wife, Says Police
The district police claimed to have solved the murder of a BSF jawan’s wife with the arrest of her nephew, in Gurdaspur on Saturday.
The 37-year-old victim, Anju Balla, was found murdered at her house in Krishna Enclave in Dinanagar on 1 November.
Addressing a press conference at the Police Lines on Saturday, senior superintendent of police HS Bhullar said, “The victim was alone at her house in Dinanagar at the time of the incident. The victim’s nephew Anil Kumar alias Babbu ,30, of Banthawala village entered her house with an evil intention.”

5. Fleeing With Stolen Ola Cab, Man Crashes Into Truck, Dies
A 30-year-old man was killed in southwest Delhi’s Dwarka after an Ola cab he had stolen — and was travelling in — allegedly rammed into a truck, police said, adding that a hunt is on to nab his associate, who managed to flee the spot.
The dead has been identified as Ashish Dhanda, police said. “On Saturday night, Ola driver, 34-year-old Chandarpal, was returning home to Dwarka Sector 19 after dropping off a passenger in Gurgaon. Around 11:15 pm, he stopped his Maruti Swift Dzire at the Dwarka Sector 19 traffic signal, when two men on a motorcycle approached him. They asked him to drop one of them to Gurgaon, but he declined,” an officer familiar with the details of the case said.
Chandarpal told police that Dhanda whipped out a knife and threatened him.

6. One Killed in Saket Hit-And-Run: SUV Driver Arrested
Two days after a 27-year-old man died while his brother and two other pedestrians were injured when an SUV hit them in Saket, police have arrested the driver.
According to police, the accused has been identified as Abhishek Chaudhary (21). He had fled the spot after the accident.
“Three separate PCR calls regarding the accident were received at Saket police station. The Scorpio first hit two pedestrians, identified as Dinesh and Ganesh, both residents of Khanpur village near Asian Market. It then headed towards Sector 1 of Pushp Vihar, where it hit a motorcycle, which was being driven by Narender, while his brother Suresh was riding pillion,” a police officer said.

7. Cop Kidnaps, Kills Man Who Failed to Repay Rs 1 Lakh Loan
A constable attached to the Kandivli police station has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping and murdering a sand supplier over non-repayment of a Rs 1 lakh loan.
The police constable, Mustak Mulani (35), allegedly then dumped the victim's body on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad national highway. Mulani has been remanded in police custody by the Thane Sessions court till 8 November.
The police said that the victim, Mustafa Shaikh (35), was kidnapped by Mulani and his brother on Wednesday, when he had stepped out for work. Shaikh was reportedly kept captive at Mulani's house at Vijay Park in Mira Road and tortured.

8. Woman Gangraped, One of the Four Accused Held
A 22-year-old married woman was allegedly gangraped by her friend and three others on the outskirts of the city, police said today.
The incident took place on Thursday night on the outskirts of the city and one of the accused, Anil Vasant Thombre (22), has been arrested in this connection, police said.
"In the evening on 2 November, Thombre went to the woman's house in Santoshi Mata Nagar here and asked her to accompany him for his birthday celebrations. On their way, three of Thombre's friends, who were carrying food and liquor bottles, joined them," Satyajit Taitwale, Assistant Police Inspector (API) of MIDC Cidco police station, said.

9. Con Call Centre Busted, Four Arrested
A con call centre running in Ahmedabad was busted by local police on Saturday evening. Police arrested four accused including a minor from the spot and have seized a laptop, keyboard, and CPU worth Rs 1.12 lakh.
Police sources said the main accused, Amirkhan Pathan, is absconding. "We have formed teams to nab him," said a senior police official.
The raid on the con call centre was made on a tip-off, said police sources, and cops arrested a minor, and three others, Janak Saini, Kamal Saini and Mohammed Siddique from the city.
