After former India skipper MS Dhoni's claim that he has duped of many crores by the Amrapali real estate group, the Supreme Court on Tuesday, 30 May sought details of all transactions from the company and payments made to the cricketer by Wednesday, 1 May.
The former Indian captain had earlier moved the Supreme Court, accusing Amrapali of cheating him.
In his plea, Dhoni had said that he booked a penthouse in Amrapali Safari Project in Ranchi but was not given possession of the flat despite having made the down payment.
Dhoni has also alleged that Amrapali is also due to clear his outstanding dues from when he was the brand ambassador.
The Apex court has directed Amrapali to inform of all transactions it had with Dhoni. MS Dhoni is seeking Rs 40 crore for endorsing the company between 2009 and 2016, according to The Indian Express.
Dhoni has also asked for his name to be on the list of creditors of the Amrapali group.
