Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to Indian diaspora in Singapore. At least 5,000 people were in attendance at the Singapore Expo. 

I came to Singapore to pay my last respects to Lee Kuan Yew, the founding father of Singapore.

The feats of our ancestors are a source of inspiration but we cant rely on their achievements but have to lay our own foundation... No matter how strong any nation of the World is, they have to inter-depend on even the smallest nation of the World. World has become interdependent, no nation can afford to remain isolated.
