Kulbhushan Jadhav, on Monday, 2 September, met with India’s Deputy High Commissioner to Pakistan Gaurav Ahluwalia. Following the meeting, Ministry of External Affairs Minister said that Jadhav was "under extreme pressure to parrot a false narrative to bolster Pak’s untenable claims”.
Earlier in the day, Ahluwalia met Mohammad Faisal, Spokesperson for Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Will Decide on Course of Action After Receiving Report: MEA
MEA says future course of action will be taken after receiving a detailed report from the India's Deputy High Commissioner.
"We"ll decide a further course of action after receiving a detailed report from our Charge d’ Affaires and determining the extent of conformity to the ICJ directives," the MEA said.
The ministry also said that the External Affairs Minister has spoken to Kulbhushan's mother on Monday's developments.
Jadhav Under Pressure to Bolster Pak’s Claims: MEA
In a statement released on Monday, the Ministry of External Affairs said that Kulbhushan Jadhav was "under extreme pressure" during his meeting with India's Deputy High Commissioner.
"The Charge d’ Affaires, High Commission of India in Islamabad, met Kulbhushan Jadhav today. While we await a comprehensive report,it was clear that he appeared to be under extreme pressure to parrot a false narrative to bolster Pak’s untenable claims," the statement said.
