Taken into the Custody

In January, Syria had taken four Indian youths in its custody, who were purportedly planning to the join terrorist outfit ISIS, and asked the Indian authorities the verify their details.

However, it was not established if the suspects were really connected to the ISIS or had any intention to join the terror organization.

Swaraj also appreciated the officers who facilitated the journey of Indians from Syria to back home.
