Fire at Navi Mumbai High Rise Brought Under Control

Flames engulfed the top floor of the residential apartment, fire fighters now have the blaze under control.

The fire that broke out at a high-rise residential apartment in Navi Mumbai’s Nerul area on the morning of Saturday, 8 February was brought under control at about 11:30 am.

Fire fighters who sustained injuries while dousing the flames have been taken to the nearest hospital. There have been no reports of casualties in the incident.

Videos of the fire earlier during the day showed flames engulfing the top floor of the 21-storey building at Sector 44 in Seawoods Nerul.
