One person has been killed in the fire that broke out at a godown in Punjabi Bagh earlier on Saturday, 7 September, ANI reports said.
A massive fire had broken out at an oil godown in west Delhi's Punjabi Bagh area on Saturday evening, following which 22 fire tenders were rushed to the spot, a fire official said, IANS reported.
The cooling operation is still underway.
According to a senior fire official, they had received a call about the fire around 4:57 p.m.
"Initially five tenders rushed to the spot and later on 17 more were sent," said the official, according to IANS.
The cause of the fire is not known as yet.
