- A couple has been injured on Tuesday in an explosion on a private bus at Bhuna in Fatehabad district – the second such incident in Haryana in two weeks.
The explosion took place at around 11 am near Bhuna, Haryana, revealed Fatehabad SP, OP Narwal.
- Forensic experts have been asked to probe if today’s explosion has any connection to a 26 May incident in which a low-intensity blast in a state-run bus left 12 passengers injured.
- Tuesday’s incident is the fourth low-intensity blast to rock Haryana this year. On 16 January, a bomb blast rocked a passenger train at Panipat railway station, but there were no casualties. On 13 May, Panipat saw an explosion in an EMU train arriving from Delhi but again, no casualties were reported.
