Delhi University Releases Third Cut-Off List

The Delhi University has issued its third cut-off list even as many prominent colleges are not releasing any cut-offs for some courses.

The list was issued on Friday.

Over 33,000 admissions have taken place to over 56,000 seats in the varsity. Shri Ram College of Commerce has not issued cut-offs for its courses in the general category.

A dozen colleges have closed admissions for BCom (Hons) after the first two cut-off lists. Some of these colleges are Bharti College, Lady Shri Ram College, Kirorimal College, Maitreyi College and Daulat Ram.

Lady Shri Ram College offered English Honours and Economics at 97.25 and 97.5 percent, while the same two courses were offered by Hans Raj College at 95.75 and 97 percent. Shri Ram College of Commerce, which teaches only two courses (Economics and B.com Honours), closed admission in both by the second cut-off.

While it closed admissions in most other courses, Hindu College asked for 96.75 and 97.50 percent for English and Economics.

The university has, for now, announced a total of three cut-off lists. The first cut-off list was announced on 19, June.
