Delhi Rains: Waterlogging, Traffic Snarls, and Jokes on Twitter

After the excessive summer heat, Delhiites took to Twitter over rains.

The National Capital Region received its first torrential downpour of the monsoons, and what followed was as expected — traffic jams, waterlogging and troubled commuters.
