The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) conducted the lottery draw for allotment of flats to applicants under it’s Housing Scheme 2019 on 23 July 2019. DDA conducted the draw at it’s headquarters on Tuesday. The link for the complete lottery result is now available on the DDA official website.
DDA had received 47,000 applications for around 17,922 flats offered by DDA under their DDA Housing Scheme 2019. DDA had flats available in three categories; there were 488 flats under HIG category, 1,555 flats under MIG category, 8,383 flats were available in LIG category whereas 7,496 flats were under EWS category.
The live streaming for lottery draw started at 12:30 pm today by DDA and all the applicants to receive emails and SMSs regarding the lottery draw result.

As per the official announcement, DDA conducted the lucky draw for the Housing Scheme 2019 from 12:30 pm onwards at the DDA headquarters Vikas Sadan.
The applicants could watch the web streaming of DDA Housing Scheme 2019 draw on the official website of Delhi Development Authority. The applicants can also witness the lottery draw at Nagrik Suvidha Kendra at Vikas Sadan.
The applications for DDA Housing Scheme 2019, had closed on 10 June 2019 and about 18,000 flats were put on sale this year. DDA will be allotting the newly built flats in Delhi's Vasant Kunj and Narela residential areas through the lottery draw.
DDA will allot the flats only through lottery system and the unsuccessful applicants will be given their application money back. DDA had launched the scheme on 25 March 2019.
If some flats are left after the lottery draw, DDA will advertise for them again at reduced rates.
