“To build synergy, competency and positive outlook, CBI is organising a 3-day workshop through the Art of Living Foundation of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar,” said a CBI circular, according to which more than 150 CBI officials will be taking the workshop.
The workshop comes after weeks of infighting and accusations at the agency culminated in Verma and CBI Special Director Rakesh Asthana being sent on leave by the Centre.
This workshop started on Saturday, 10 November and will continue on 11 and 12 November – 12 November is also the date on which the next hearing in the case is scheduled before the Supreme Court.
The workshop aims to improve positivity, enhance synergy and generate a “healthy atmosphere” in the agency to “motivate the staff to achieve their full potential”.
