The complaint was lodged at Madhapur Police Station, where the 27-year-old also accused Ashish of throwing glass bottles on the floor.

“He (Ashish) and two of his friends misbehaved with me and my friends by catching (a hold of our) hands, shouted on us with stupid, vulgar language. Ashish Goud and his friends threw bottles (glass) on the floor and about to hit us (sic).”

According to ANI, the complaint also named a bouncer, Azhar, who was supporting Ashish and his friends.

Ironically, the incident at the hotel happened a few hours after Ashish was seen participating in a protest, to hang the accused in the Hyderabad veterinary doctor rape and murder case, according to The News Minute .

ASHISH’S REPONSE

The BJYM leader, while addressing the media on Sunday, denied all allegations and asked for solid proof. He said that it has now become a habit to issue blank complaints and he is not scared of such complaints.

“If someone is filing a case against me, then they should speak with facts and figures. They should have proof as well. This looks like Opposition parties are knowingly doing all this. I am not afraid of this blackmail politics and the false cases.”

STATUS OF INVESTIGATION

A police official from Madhapur police station said that an FIR has been filed in the matter. The accused, however, is absconding and they are yet to apprehend him, reported The News Minute .
