Janata Dal (United) leader KC Tyagi criticised senior BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya’s comment comparing Shatrughan Sinha to a dog on the road. Tyagi added that the saffron party has lost ‘mental stability’ after its dismal performance in Bihar elections.

Actor-turned-politician and BJP member Sinha met with Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) President Lalu Prasad Yadav a day after the Grand Alliance’s landslide victory in the Bihar Assembly elections. Vijayvargiya equated Sinha’s act to that of a dog chasing a car.

Union minister Arun Jaitley stopped short of slamming Vijayvargiya for his comment.
