Lt Governor Najeeb Jung has refused the appointment of Swati Maliwal as the new Chief of the Delhi Commission for Women.
According to the LG ,the new chief has been appointed without following all the regulations and he says that it is an act of favouritism.
However, Swati Maliwal has said that she hasn’t received any official communication in this regard.
“I will continue to work as I have always done, even if I am removed”, she added.
