‘London Thumakda’ Singer Labh Janjua Found Dead in Mumbai

Popular bhangra, hip hop and bollywood singer Labh Janjua was found dead at his residence in Mumbai.

Labh Janjua, popular bhangra, hip hop and Bollywood artist and songwriter, was found dead at his residence in Mumbai earlier this morning.

Labh Janjua was best known for his cult bhangra song – Mundiyaan Tu Bach Ke Rahi, which Panjabi MC remixed in 1998 while the single was re-released in 2002.

Janjua had lent his voice to several cult Bollywood Punjabi numbers including, Jee Karda from Akshay Kumar’s Singh Is Kinng, London Thumakda from Kangana Ranaut’s blockbuster hit Queen, Dance Pe Chance from Rab Ne Banaa Di Jodi, Soni De Nakhre from Partner and most recently to Dil Kare Chu Chain from Singh Is Bliing.

Celebrities including former collaborators Panjabi MC, Salim Merchant, Bobby Friction and Ayushmann Khurrana and others have expressed their condolences.
