Following the hike in petrol and diesel prices on Tuesday, the price of non-subsidised LPG has been increased. The price of a domestic LPG cylinder in Delhi will now increase by Rs 21 to Rs 548.50.

The price of aviation fuel (ATF) has also increased steeply – by 9.2 percent.

Petrol prices were hiked on Tuesday by Rs. 2.58 a litre and diesel by Rs. 2.26 per litre. This is the second times rates have been increased in a month.

The price hikes come on the heels of the rise in crude oil prices, which recently touched $50 per barrel after slipping to nearly $26-27 earlier this year.
