A local court in Delhi discharged alleged Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) operative Abdul Karim Tunda from the fourth and final case against him by the Delhi Police, on Saturday.
Tunda was accused of being involved in multiple bomb blasts that took place across the country in the 1990s.
73-year-old Tunda was one of the 20 terrorists whom India had asked Pakistan to hand over after the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. He was discharged by the court on the grounds of no prima facie evidence against him to proceed.
