  • On Tuesday, a Rajasthan court hearing the black buck poaching case under Arms Act against Salman Khan allowed the defence to re-examine a prosecution witness.

  • The prosecution witness in question is former district magistrate Rajat Kumar Mishra. Before this, the application for the re-examination of Mishra had been rejected by the trial court in March this year.

  • Additional Public Prosecutor Dilip Singh had objected to the plea of Khan arguing that adequate opportunities have already been given to Salman’s counsel for examination of the witnesses.
