- A senior executive of a liquor company was arrested on Tuesday after three people were injured when the BMW car he was driving rammed into an autorickshaw in Bengaluru.
- Police said the executive was allegedly under the influence of alcohol when the incident happened on Saturday night.
- A case was registered at Indiranagar Police station under Section 279 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code (Rash driving or riding on a public way, and Causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others) read with 185 of the Indian Motor Vehicles Act (Driving by a drunken person or by a person under the influence of drugs).
