RRB Recruitment 2018: Railway Expands ALP, Technician Vacancies

The official notification said the vacancies for ALP and technicians will be increased from 26,502 to 60,000.

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced that the board is likely to increase the number of vacancies for the posts of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) and technicians. With the date of examination for the RBB recruitment drawing closer, this comes as good news for aspirants.

The official notification published on the website of RRB states the vacancies for ALP and technicians will be increased from 26,502 to 60,000.

It was stated that the post-wise details of the enhanced vacancies will be announced on the website in due course.

The ALP and Technician first stage Computer-Based Test for recruitment is scheduled to be held on 9 August 2018. The candidates are likely to receive their admit cards four days before the exam date.
