Repco Bank: Inviting Applications For Assistant Junior/Clerks

Set up by the Government of India, Repco bank is a fast growing bank in the southern region. The bank is inviting applications for the post of Assistant Junior/clerks.

The online registration for the exam started from 3 June 2019. Interested parties can apply to sit for the exam till 20 June 2019. The final date has not been set yet, but a tentative date of 7 July 2019 has been floated so far. The call letters will also be available on the website from 1 July 2019. Candidates would be able to download the call letters directly from the official website of Repco: repcobank.com/

There are a total of 40 vacancies available. The pay scale for Junior Assistant/Clerk will vary from Rs 11,765-31,540.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who can read, write and speak the official language of their respective state and are of Indian nationality are eligible to apply.

The minimum educational requirement for the post is that the candidate should have graduated from any university that is recognised by UGC ( University Grants Commission), in any discipline. Candidates should also have some basic knowledge about computers.

No written exam will be conducted. There will be an online exam of 200 marks with questions on General Knowledge, Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, English language and Quantitative Aptitude.

Until now, online examinations have been proposed to be carried out in the following states – Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Salem, Tirunelveli. However, Repco bank has the rights reserved to cancel or add any venue for the online exam.

Candidates have to carry the call letter, along with an original and a photocopy of their photo identity (this could be the candidate’s PAN card, passport, driving license, voters card, bank passbook with photograph, Aadhaar card). The documents shall be submitted to the invigilator before the exam for verification. The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to the details given in his/her call letter.

E-Aadhar card or Ration card will not be counted as identity proofs.
