With school exam results and college admissions once again gaining attention, and the media’s spotlight on toppers, a Facebook post by a mother on board results has gone viral for all the right reasons.
Soon after the CBSE Class 10 results were announced on 6 May, Vandana Sufia took to the social media website to share how she is "super proud" of her son who scored a 60 percent in the board exams, praising him for his efforts.
"Here's to you Aamer. And others like you – fishes asked to climb trees. Chart your own course in the big, wide ocean, my love. And keep your innate goodness, curiosity and wisdom alive. And of course, your wicked sense of humour," Katoch wrote in her post.
And within a span of just two days, her post has garnered widespread attention, with more than 2,000 shares and a barrage of responses – many of them lauding her for being a “great” mother.
