Yogi Adityanath said on Sunday that Tulsidas never considered Akbar his king. He only considered Ram as his true king.
He was addressing a function at the centenary celebrations of Yogiraj Baba Gambhirnath on his second day in Gorakhpur. He praised the significant tradition and knowledge of Indian saints, even relating an incident between Sikandar and a yogi, when the former set out to conquer the world.
The head of Digambar Akhada, Mahant Suresh Das also spoke on the occasion.
Mandir Yahin Banayenge
We respect the court’s decision. Now we will have to talk about the issue that only Ram Mandir, and not a Masjid, will be made in Ayodhya. I have come to believe after Yogi Adityanath becoming CM, a Ram Mandir will definitely get made in Ayodhya. Still, if we face any obstacles, we will definitely have a majority in the Rajya Sacha in 2018. We have formed the government in the centre and the state. We will bring the necessary laws to lay the foundations of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.Mahant Suresh Das
Adityanath began his second day in Gorakhpur at 3:30 am in the morning by feeding cows, after which he spent time at the Gorakhnath temple before attending the centenary celebrations. He is slated to meet BJP leaders in the afternoon on Sunday.
