The Ramjas college protests entered day three on Thursday, with students and teachers gathering outside the police headquarters at ITO in Delhi.
Speaking to The Quint, Umar Khalid said the “bullying tactics” of the ABVP cannot stop the movement.
Khalid, who is the centre of the protest, said that ABVP’s actions were pre-planned.
“This was never about me. They made it about my presence to ensure that the seminar doesn’t happen. I was not even present on both the days of the violence. They are living up to their name – Akhil Bharatiya Vandalism Parishad,” he said.
