There is no denying that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visits to other countries create a buzz among the Indian diaspora.

On his latest foreign visit to Sweden on 17 April, Modi met Indians living in the Swedish capital of Stockholm upon his arrival in the city. The PM’s office tweeted out a collection of pictures, expressing his joy over the warm welcome he received.

However, YouTuber José Covaco pointed out that a certain man was photographed at two different instances amongst the crowd, waiting to welcome the prime minister.

It wasn’t long before users on Twitter were intrigued by this ‘situation’.

To make things interesting, the friends of the man in question were approached by José following their reactions and replies to his tweet. It was found that the man’s name is Gagan and that he indeed didn’t have a twin brother. José has requested Gagan’s friends to approach him with this ‘burning debate’ and demand answers.

Although the twin theory was put to bed, the question still remains: Why did Gagan do it? All we can do know is hope that Gagan releases a video explaining his side of the story and give us the answers we need.

Until then, let us know why do you think Gagan would have shook his hands twice with PM Modi.
