Sushmita sen has upped the ante for everyone making excuses for their beer bellies and love handles as she literally does spins hanging mid air with ropes and rings. Ropes and rings, people. Uh, did I mention she’s 43?

The former Miss Universe’s instagram is a “touchy topic” for many who day dream of bodies like hers. But how do we get fit like Sushmita, you ask? Well she recommends “There is no greater motivator than the voice inside each of us!” .

But what do I do when my inner voice tells me to order pizza with extra cheese? Yeah you probably tell it to shut up and order a pair or ropes and rings! Besides suspending herself in air, Sushmita also balances herself on her partner’s feet like here, in exhibit A
