Chester Bennington, Linkin Park’s lead singer, allegedly committed suicide on Thursday at his Southern California home. Reports suggest that Bennington, 41, hung himself at his Palos Verdes home near Los Angeles.

Mike Shinoda, co-founder of Linking Park, in a tweet expressed his grief over the news and said “but it’s true”. Many other musicians also reacted to the news.
