What is common between the Indian Parliament in session and a post lunch-break lecture in a college?
Ask Chandigarh MP Kirron Kher and her answer would probably be – both can be hard to concentrate on.

In case you were wondering, this footage does NOT belong to an episode of India’s Got Talent, an entertainment show Kirron Kher is known to judge. That show is over.
However the Winter Session of the Indian Parliament is still on.
This is from the proceedings in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday, 8 January, where the members of the parliament were busy discussing the pros and cons of Quota Bill.
You know, the one that would allow 10 percent reservation to the economically weaker sections among the general category. The Bill was passed in the Lok Sabha (and now in the Rajya Sabha).
And amid this heavy discussion we have Kirron Kher being absolutely ridiculous with her antics and giving us a nostalgic flashback of our college days as a backbencher.
While we couldn’t figure out who she was interacting with or what she was saying, MP Kirron Kher surely entertained us with her childlike behaviour when the discussion in the room was wearing us down.
