Distance has proved no bar for Baahubali fans worldwide. Adding to the fan frenzy this time, more than 40 fans from Bangladesh reportedly flew themselves down to India in order to catch Baahubali 2. They flew down to Kolkata on Monday to catch an evening show of the Prabhas-Rana Daggubati starrer.
Driven by curiosity to delve into the pressing question raised by the first part, the fans couldn’t wait to find out why Kattappa killed Baahubali. Tasleen, one of the fans who flew down from Dhaka to catch the movie, told India Today that she is a die-hard Bollywood fan and that she took the morning flight to get to Kolkata to watch the evening show.
This is what another fan, Farzana Brownia, had to say:
Baahubali 1 was a huge hit. Even we were wondering why Baahubali was killed in the first part of the series. So we had to watch part two for the answer. Many of our friends who have watched it in India wanted to tell us the answer, but we asked them not to since we wanted to watch it ourselves.
While the fans were seemingly elated to come catch the sequel, here’s hoping true blue movie mania never dies down!
