Hardik Pandya has been making headlines ever since his misogynistic comments garnered backlash on Karan Johar’s Koffee With Karan. He was recently seen in action at the second T20I match in Auckland’s Eden Park, after facing a two-match ban from the BCCI.
During the match a spectator was seen holding a placard that read “Pandya Aaj Karke Aaya Kya?” (Pandya, have you done it today?). Of all his comments that drew the ire, one of them was when Pandya told his parents that he lost his virginity with “Aaj main karke aaya hai” (Today I have done it).
Hardik Pandya had issued an apology when the episode began going viral for the wrong reasons. He wrote that he got carried away by the nature of the show and never meant to hurt anyone’s sentiments.
Even Karan Johar apologised for the comments made on his show, saying that he felt responsible.

However, social media is having none of that as they go all out to laud this spectator’s efforts.
