The remake of the animated classic, The Lion King roared at the theaters after 25 years on July 19, 2019.

The Hindi-dubbed version has Shah Rukh Khan as Mufasa and his son, Aryan Khan as Mufasa’ cub, Simba, sounding almost like Shah Rukh Khan himself.

I cannot rave enough about the animation. It is amazing, I couldn’t tell what’s real and what’s fake. From fur to grub, it was realistic. And the lighting!! Impeccable.

The music was moving and powerful.
