This cake looks and taste exactly like a drop of water and gives a unique and refreshing experience in the mouth. Although it was earlier only available in Japan, it has now made its debut in the US.

Darren Wong, who has brought this light and delicate raindrop cake to the US, said that it took a lot of trial and error to get the right consistency. The cake needed to have the texture of water and also maintain its shape, which makes it a nightmare to store and transport.
