This is the story of a couple from China, who made sure their first visit to India would be one they would remember for a long time. Ling and Zhang decided to celebrate their tenth wedding anniversary with a special photoshoot in India.
The 4-day shoot saw the couple cover cities like Agra, Jaipur and Jodhpur. Multiple costume changes and picturesque locations later, the couple now have a memory they will cherish for life.
However, the Indian photography firm behind the shoot, Our Wedding Chapter, had their task cut out for them. The firm says that the couple did not speak English, making it a difficult for the crew to coordinate with them. But they seem to have managed to pull it all off.
For one of the shots, the couple danced to the tunes of an Indian band at a Jodhpur fort. For another shot, they performed the Kamehameha (Dragon Ball Z, anyone?) on top of a fort in Jaipur. They took a rickshaw ride, they posed in front of the Taj Mahal, and visited a number of scenic spots so as to soak in the awesomeness of the country.
News of the Chinese couple picking India for their photoshoot destination comes as a refreshing change, amid the hordes of Indians who tend to travel elsewhere for similar photoshots.
Their desi experience is one they will never forget, fo sho!
