The auto drivers in Gurgaon apparently have united against Uber and Ola cab drivers. A Facebook post by Gopika Gulati went viral on Monday describing the rowdy behaviour of the auto drivers on the streets.
The post mentioned how commuters in cabs in and and around Huda City Centre metro station had to go through a harrowing experience at the hands of the auto drivers.

Gopika narrated the incident to The Quint, "The auto drivers asked him to end the trip there and then. They had sticks in their hands and threatened to smash the car if the driver decided to go forward. The minute the car was stopped, they inquired if it was Uber or Ola."
She added that the driver was asked to get out and at one point one of the guys even opened the door next to the driver's seat.
Gopika didn't get out of the car but had an argument with them from inside. She said a lot of auto drivers thronged her and said if she wanted to go, she would have to take an auto instead.
Apparently the rowdy drivers had stopped thousands of cars since the morning and did not care if the passengers got late for work.
However, she did not panic and called the police. The police arrived in five minutes after which the situation ameliorated. It was then that the driver was set free and finally he drove off.
Gopika said that the driver was scared for his and his car's security. She even asked him not to venture on the roads on Monday for safety purposes. The driver could not be reached for comment.
