Is anxiety ruling your life and making you weird? Sit back, scroll through these illustrations and have a good laugh at yourself. Mumbai-based artist Pranita Kocharekar created a series of 15 drawings in an attempt to recognise anxiety related disorders, tagged them #acknowledgeanxiety and they’re immensely relatable and enjoyable.
Titled Is That You? the series is an eye-opener and Pranita herself adds a line of advice – Dr. Internet says breathing techniques are a cure to anxiety at an early stage.
