The age defying tiger of Bollywood, Salman Khan does not lose any chance to steal his fan’s hearts. ‘Bhai’, the fitness freak is as fit as ever at the age of 53.

In a recent video shared by him through his Instagram handle, he is seen apparently lifting two of his bodyguards or security personell while performing leg presses.

He also added a sarcastic caption to the video saying, “After experiencing the highs and lows my security has finally realised how secure they are wid me .. ha ha.”

The written laugh at the end of the caption has definitely left a stunned expression on everyone’s faces after seeing the strong bodyguards being lifted by him. No doubt his fans know his obsession with the gym and admire his fitness in his early fifties.

Not just this, but he is also known for his training that he has shared with several bollywood stars. He is well known to have trained superstar Hritik Roshan and is also considered a mentor to Zareen Khan, Daisy Shah, star kids like Sonakshi Sinha, Sooraj Pancholi and many more.

In spite of the busy schedule of shooting and handling a production company, he never fails to keep himself fit and healthy and also shares time with his family. His Father’s Day post talks about the bond he shares with his father, Salim Khan.

The latest movie of Salman Khan ‘Bharat’, co-starring Katrtina Kaif came out on the occasion of Eid this year. The movie till now has raked Rs. 188.65 crore and is now struggling to enter the Rs. 200 crore club.

In the recent headlines, Salman Khan was pronounced not guilty in the fake affidavit case in Jodhpur court.

He is all set for his next movie “Sooryavanshi” with Rohit Shetty which will release next year on 27 March, 2020.
