This Friendship Day, we decided to take a test of sorts with best friends. We asked a bunch of Quintees to get together to ‘test their friendship’ with each other.
We asked each of them to rate themselves as friends on a scale of 1-10 and then asked them to rate each other as friends.
The couples opened up about what makes their friendship so unique and special – and how they love what they share with the other person. What was amazing, was that each friend realised that they’d undervalued themselves in the relationship; but this exercise helped them accept that they are ‘better friends than they think they are’!
We’re all born with family, but friends are the family we choose for ourselves.
They have our backs, no matter how tough the going. (Does anyone else remember Charlotte from Sex And The City famously saying, "Maybe our girlfriends are our soulmates”?)
So, this Friendship Day, tell your friends how much you love them, because you really are a better friend than you think!
