Dear Soldier, Thank You for Giving a Fitting Answer to All Attacks

Dear Soldier,

Here is a ‘shaayari’ for my brave jawans.

लहू बिखरा पड़ा है,
शहीदों के हर कदम पे खुद मिट जाते हैं,
लेकिन आंच नहीं आने देते वतन पे.

In biting cold, scorching heat, even heavy rain, you protect us. You are the reason we are safe in our homes, the reason we can celebrate the festivals you have to miss because you are doing your duty. You give a fitting answer to every attack from the enemy side, and you even sacrifice your life for the motherland. There are unfortunately some cowards who sit inside the comfort of their houses or offices and discredit your service to the nation. I salute our jawans.
