The Kinuwa Salad Recipe

Shipra used fresh yet easily available ingredients like tender coconut, passion fruit, orange, fresh celery, sour cream, orange juice vinaigrette, avocado, kinuwa or if kinuwa is not available one can also use buckwheat or porridge which is easily available.

Once all the ingredients are in the bowl, all we need to do is mix them nicely so that the kinuwa soaks all the flavours. The last and the final step will be to decorate the salad, which can be done with roasted pumpkin seeds and some kind of edible flowers. The salad is a blend of all the flavours your taste buds demand in life but the best part is this is a healthy yet delicious meal.

The Pomegranate Mocktail Recipe

For the second preparation, Chef Shipra prepared a pomegranate mocktail for which you would require fresh pomegranate juice, some lemon slices, some lemon juice, sugar syrup, apple juice, some ice. All that with a quick shake will get you one of the most perfect and quick mocktails you can have in a jiffy.
