Feminism and fashion can no longer be kept in separate silos. Ask Nepal-born American designer Prabal Gurung, who sashayed his models down the ramp in T-shirts stamped with feminist slogans: “Our minds, our bodies, our power” and “Nevertheless, she persisted”. If that wasn’t all, towards the end, the designer himself took a bow wearing a tee that said: “This is what a feminist looks like”.
