A recent picture doing the rounds on social media shows Union Minister for Agriculture Radha Mohan Singh urinating in public as his security guards stand by.
According to a News 18 report, the undated picture was from when the minister was travelling to Motihari village, which falls in his East Champaran constituency in Bihar.
The photo has drawn considerable backlash from the Opposition as well as the public on social media.
