- On Wednesday, India decided not to release about a dozen Pakistani prisoners who were to be repatriated on Wednesday, according to reports by PTI.
- The move came in response to a Pakistani Army Court verdict that came earlier that day, where they sentenced Indian ‘spy’ Kulbushan Jadav to death.
- India has summoned the Pakistani High Commissioner, and said that if the sentence is carried out without observing basic norms of law & justice, it'll be a case of 'premeditated murder'.
