A TV star was drugged, brutally raped and filmed against her permission, only to be fined €24,000 for the ordeal when she reported it.

Gina-Lisa Lohfink, an aspiring model in Germany said that two men drugged and raped her during a night-out back in 2012, reported nymag.com.

A video of the crime was posted online, which has since been removed, where Lohfink can be heard saying “stop it” and “no”. However, the court found her testimony false and fined her with the hefty amount.

Currently, Lohfink is appealing the case in court.

Germany’s sexual assault laws are not as strong as the rest of the European Union as “stop” or “no” are not seen as reason enough for lack of consent. There has to be a threat of physical violence.

Hundreds of women had reported being sexually assaulted on New Years Eve in Cologne and other cities across Germany, which pushed for a change in the law to adopt a “no means no” standard, wherein verbally rejecting a sexual advance could be used as evidence of sexual assault.
