Kresha Bajaj Zaveri is a fashion designer and bride, who made a stunning and rather innovative lehenga for her own wedding, by embroidering milestones of her love story with her husband, leading up to their wedding day.
Knowing she would only wear the lehenga once, she wanted to make it a piece of art, which she would frame after the wedding.
She used traditional embroidery techniques to stitch on elements like her proposal onto the garment, to make it a real statement piece.
She even included her and her husband’s name in disguise onto the panels of the garment.
Bajaj managed to mix traditional with edgy in what she called the perfect ensemble for her, which would embody her brand Koesch as well.
Adding the perfect topper to the wedding cake, Kresha got to wear jewelry that was designed by her husband to complement her lehenga perfectly.
