In Doodles: Six Painfully Funny Period Tales, Inspired by My Own!

I was on my period when I started this series of illustrations. So I just drew whatever I was actually feeling!

I'm sure the majority of women around the world can agree on one thing: periods suck. Even if you try to encourage yourself that someone has it worse than you, or a man also faces a few problems, et al... But it's hard not to be angry with Mother Nature when the cramps start!

I was on my period when I started this series of illustrations. So technically, I just drew whatever I was actually feeling.

Periods come with all sorts of inconvenient side effects, but that doesn’t mean we can’t sit back and laugh at them every once in a while. So I break down some of the more uncomfortable parts of the monthly cycle in the form of doodles. Perhaps a few woman will be able to relate to these illustrations:
